The Wharf

A commercial project is currently being developed in downtown Curaçao in which Heren2 is participating on a risk basis. The Wharf concerns a multifunctional complex where 35 luxury apartments, a pool deck, a fitness room, 1,000m2 of commercial functions, 38 indoor parking spaces and a “public” area with terraces and 20 parking spaces will be developed.
