Heren2 was involved as a technical partner and advised the client in both the acquisition in late 2015, and the large-scale renovation of the commercial plinth and common areas from 2016 to 2019. <\/p>\n

The renovation included upgrading the general areas (approx. 4,000 m2) as well as preparing the commercial spaces (approx. 18,500 m2) on the ground floor to 2nd<\/sup> <\/span>floor. A key component was to modify the elevator and stairway connections between the 3 floors and create a logical routing through the building and between the various building sections.<\/p>\n
