Project Development<\/span><\/h1>\n

Heren2 develops apartments, offices and industrial properties at its own risk or in the role of delegated developer. This includes a feasibility analysis in which various (re)development scenarios are reviewed. The development scenarios are tested for technical, legal, and financial feasibility and Heren2 conducts negotiations with governments, (potential) tenants, consultants and contractors and we coordinate the permitting procedures, preparation and implementation process through to completion.<\/p>\n
