After technical and environmental due diligence, Heren2 served on the development team for renovation of the existing towers. This involved replacing the systems, cosmetically improving all general areas and many office floors. A breeam certificate was also obtained.

Heren2 then conducted the technical and environmental portion of the sale due diligence.
