New Babylon, Den Haag
After the acquisition of the New Babylon complex by Icon Lightyear Propco at the end of 2015, Heren2 joined as project manager / technical advisor in the large-scale renovation of the shopping center and plinth.
The renovation related to the general areas (approx. 4,000 m2) as well as preparing the commercial spaces (approx. 18,500 m2) for rent on the ground floor up to the 2nd floor. The work also includes adjusting the lift and stair connections between the 3 floors.
Icon Lightyear Propco sold the complex to CORESTATE at the end of 2019.
