Danzigerkade 23 is a good example of the type of property the Houthavens houses. Rugged materials such as wood, glass and concrete are brought together beautifully. Emma architects, an ambitious and young agency, designed this first building with a wooden façade. Heren2 was in charge of projectmanagement and tenants.
