Cultural and Youth Center, Curaçao
Heren2 contributed to a business plan for a new central building that functions as a cultural and youth center. The different organizations are currently accommodated in different buildings and are in a financially weak situation. Due to the amount of talent and demand for space, an initiative has been taken to offer a solution.
